Booking Policies and Procedures

WORKING RANCH PACKAGE:

  • 50% deposit is required for a confirmed booking.
  • Deposit is non-refundable but may be transferable to another date in the same calendar year.
  • Maximum 6 guests.

GROUP BOOKINGS:

  • 50% deposit is required for a confirmed booking.
  • Deposit is non-refundable but may be transferable to another date in the same calendar year.

Group and Individual bookings – 50% deposit on cabins and/or hall is required for a confirmed booking.  We accept cheque, cash, debit, visa or master card.
